Q. The screen doesn’t display correctly

A. Please check your internet connection and confirm the URL includes the correct ID at the end (e.g., ?id=xxx). Also try clearing your browser cache.

Q. I want to change the hotel name or location

A. Please email us with your current ID and what you would like to change.
